The conference gives the commanders of NATO CIMIC units the opportunity to meet and share their operational experiences and lessons identified and learned while operating on the ground. The title of this edition is: "Integrating the understanding of civil factors of the operating environment to contribute to the decision making process". The overall classification of the conference will be "NON CLASSIFIED INFORMATION INTENDED FOR PUBLIC DISSEMINATION"

• NATO guest speakers are invited to make their own lodging arrangement. The suggested hotel is Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.
  
• Non NATO guest speakers will be accommodated in Italian Army guest house and/or Italian Navy guest house. 
• MNCG HQ will provide transportation from/to conference venue for all guests speakers.
