Civilians and foreign military personnel can purchase meals from MNCG dining facility.

Costs are as follows:

- VISA is a student responsibility and no invitation letters can be provided by this HQs;

- ID/Passports are mandatory for civilians & foreign military applicants (Host Nation Security rules).
